Tết – Vietnamnese New Year Festival

Went with Jason, Niggy and Johnson to this years Vietnamnese New Year Festival, also known as Tết Nguyên Đán. Lot’s of garlic beef balls, sugar cane drink and beef with lotus leaf skewers. After the night out, the breath was incredibly garlic flavoured and you really had to brush your teeth 5 times before it goes away.

Have you been to Tết ? Chinese people also make a big deal out of the new year, more so than the Western New Year.
